Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home-based therapy in Texas. You will perform evaluations, design treatment plans, and coordinate with families and care teams to support each child’s progress.

You will develop home exercise programs, document progress, and ensure compliance with agency policies and laws while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Innovative, reliable, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver collaboration.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly visit targets and maintain patient charts.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
