Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of patients’ medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with providers.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs.
• Engage with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric OT.
