Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home-based therapy. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapeutic interventions for children in their homes, guiding families and caregivers to promote independence and safe participation in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state OT licensure is required.
• Valid driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and treat pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Coordinate patient care with caregivers and office staff.
• Maintain progress notes and discharge planning.
• Support families with home therapy programs and education.
• Participate in QA and ongoing education.
