Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric in-home occupational therapy services. The role focuses on evaluating and treating children in their homes, guiding families, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver license required.
• Pediatric clinical experience or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on home programs and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Engage in staff mentorship and team collaboration.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure safe, effective treatment and appropriate caseload management.
