Blossom Families seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team. You will craft customized, comprehensive therapy plans for families and children across early intervention and school settings.

You'll work in a client-centered environment with flexible hours and locations, serving 0-3 and 3-5 caseloads, and collaborating with a supportive team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to stay positive and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each client.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each family.
• Maintain excellent records of therapy and progress.
