Job summary

Smart Moves Pediatrics Pc is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The OT will meet with multiple patients daily, assess needs, and develop customized, comprehensive therapy plans. Collaboration with the patient’s team is essential to optimize service delivery and outcomes.

The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills, and can manage multiple cases with a positive, patient-centered approach in a pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay compassionate and positive with patients.
• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds and discuss health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan tailored to each patient to meet goals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure carryover.
• Maintain comprehensive records of therapy and progress.
