Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists to empower children 0-21 across settings including home, school, daycare, and clinics. You will deliver evaluation and treatment, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure documentation and compliance with funding guidelines.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, ongoing professional development, and a supportive environment dedicated to helping children succeed and thrive.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri OT license.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluation and treatment to children 0-21 as prescribed by a physician.
• Collaborate with administration and other disciplines to ensure quality services.
• Evaluate using appropriate testing protocols to align with funding.
• Create goals/objectives with each evaluation.
• Deliver therapy in multiple settings including home, daycare, schools, outpatient clinic and community.
• Document therapy services with weekly progress notes and complete required paperwork (re-evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development and multidisciplinary conferences.
