Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state OT licensure is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health.
• Direct patients and caregivers in tasks to restore or improve function.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes, discharge planning, and caregiver education.
