Job summary

Accounting Search is partnering with a pediatric clinic in the Kansas City area to hire a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT). The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with choose-your-own-hours, in a clinic serving children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist; COTA welcome.
• Experience working with pediatric populations and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document and maintain caseload in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 OT sessions for children ages 3–6.
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide 30–60 minute therapy sessions.
• Complete evaluations typically scheduled around 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Document therapy using OpenEMR.
• Manage daily caseload and schedule within clinic hours.
