Markent Personnel is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing Kansas City area pediatric therapy team. The OT will provide one-on-one, child-centered therapy for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder within an ABA-based setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain a flexible schedule (full- or part-time), and have opportunities for leadership as the clinic expands. Caseload is established with strong patient demand.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist.
• Interest in working with a pediatric population.
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized therapy to children (mostly ages 3–6).
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting ~30–60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled ~90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals.
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR.
• Manage daily caseload and schedule within clinic hours.
