KidsCare Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in clients' homes. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT services, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in OT with state licensure and CPR certification. A driver’s license and pediatric/home health experience are preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• CPR certified and valid driver license.
• Pediatric clinical/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Communicate progress and home program details with family/caregivers.
• Refer to other services as appropriate and maintain records.
• Participate in QAPI and continuing education.
