You will perform developmental evaluations, screenings, and assessments with the multidisciplinary team to determine eligibility and plan intervention.

Responsibilities include developing plans of care, obtaining authorization for services, maintaining clinical materials, and coordinating with third-party payers.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Florida (468 statute, 64B11 FAC).
• Must have valid driver's license and Medicaid provider eligibility.
• Background screening required and enrollment with Medicaid EI Services.

Responsibilities

• Completes developmental evaluations, screenings, and assessments with the multidisciplinary team.
• Plans intervention and monitors progress for eligibility and IFSP updates.
• Develops Plan of Care and obtains third-party service authorization.
• Maintains clinical materials and coordinates replacements as needed.
