Qualifications

• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.
• DOH approval required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to pediatric clients in Early Intervention settings.
• Performs evaluations and tracks child progress.
• Delivers OT services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.
