The Speech & Language Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team. • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Virginia OT license or eligibility.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment for children with developmental, sensory, and motor needs.
• Collaborate with speech and ABA therapists to deliver coordinated care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate progress and goals with families and caregivers.
• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning.
