Job summary

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric team providing ABA, OT, and Speech services across California communities. You will deliver play-based therapy, create individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence in children with autism and related delays.

Full-time, in-clinic position with opportunities for professional development and caregiver coaching to support home and school

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active California OT license required; NBCOT certification/OTR registration.
• Pediatric experience preferred; working with autism or developmental disabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to children and adolescents in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs, strengths, and goals.
• Address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, motor planning, self-care, functional communication, and daily living skills.
• Use play-based activities to promote participation, independence, and skill development.
• Collect data and document progress through session notes and progress reports.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support carryover of skills.
• Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and other MDT members.
• Maintain confidential client records and therapy materials.
