Job summary

Southwest Human Development is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children birth to five in clinic, home, and community settings within the Phoenix area. Join a Birth to Five Center of Excellence that values family-centered care and transdisciplinary collaboration across service delivery.

The role requires a licensed OT in Arizona, at least one year working with under-five children, and home visiting experience. A valid AZ driver’s license and fingerprint clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist in Arizona.
• Minimum of one year experience serving children under five.
• Home visiting experience required.
• Experience in a transdisciplinary team preferred.
• Experience providing consultation to community professionals preferred.
• Must have insured vehicle and valid AZ driver’s license.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or qualify for Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Provide services that are family-centered and relationship-based.
• Carry out screening and assessment activities in areas of fine motor, self-help, feeding, self-regulation, coping and sensory integration.
