Job summary

Wee Speak Therapy & Learning Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children thrive at home, school, and daily life. The role emphasizes collaborative care, family education, and play-based, evidence-based treatment plans.

The successful candidate will hold an OT Master's/PhD, Indiana license or eligibility, NBCOT certification or eligibility, and CPR certification; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Indiana State OT License (or eligibility).
• NBCOT Certification (or eligibility).
• Current CPR Certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred (New graduates are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations assessing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional living abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, play-based treatment plans.
• Engage families and caregivers with education, strategies, and home-based resources to support therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, and pediatricians) to provide holistic care.
• Complete documentation in an organized and timely manner with designated, paid admin time.
