Job summary

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in St Charles, IL is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. This full-time role offers a $24.00–$29.00 per hour wage and a $5,000 bonus plus a student debt benefit program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program.
• State COTA license (or license eligible).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
• Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies.
• Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients’ functional abilities and skills.

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team!

We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, visual motor deficits and more.
