Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide EI/CPSE services in Baldwin, NY. The role offers flexible after-school hours, potential full-time or fee-for-service arrangements, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days with active cases.

You will administer evaluations, design therapy interventions, and collaborate with teams to support children's goals across clinic, home, and preschool settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors and coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
