Family of Kidz in Greene County, NY is seeking an Occupational Therapist to design and implement creative interventions for children on your caseload.

This position offers part-time hours with potential for full-time, fee-for-service arrangements, and compensation at $110 per hour for early intervention services.

You will collaborate with families, school teams, and supervisors, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to ongoing program development.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
