Family of Kidz in New York is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for school-age caseloads. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, with compensation ranging from $60 to $120 per hour, depending on experience, licenses, and caseload.

This full-time or fee-for-service position includes generous benefits, flexible scheduling aligned to the school calendar, and opportunities to design group or individual therapies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
