Hourly rate based on experience and specialties such as feeding, neurology, and autism.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will provide exceptional therapy services to children and families, functioning as a key contributor to our mission of helping families grow skills for a better life.

• Support the team’s mission and company values of love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage.
• Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for children ages 0‑21 with a range of diagnoses.
• Maintain and manage a full‑time caseload, consistently hitting target goals.
• Educate families and caregivers on home program strategies to increase success.
• Participate in continuing education to introduce new treatment and evaluation techniques.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies.
• Manage administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist issued by the State of Kentucky.
• Graduated from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy.
• Comfortable collaborating within a team‑based environment.
• Achievement of targets and goals contributing to company growth.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Enjoyment of working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.
• Professional and clear verbal and written communication.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Telehealth.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
