Elderwood Administrative Services’ Pediatric Specialty Care – Point Pleasant in PA is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide shift leadership and support the delivery of high-quality care to medically fragile and technology‑dependent patients.

Choose from day or night 12‑hour shifts with a rotating schedule; night shifts include a differential. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, communication, and collaboration with a skilled care team to maintain safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing or an active multistate RN license with authorization to practice in Pennsylvania
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Clinical judgment and preparation appropriate for caring for medically complex pediatric residents
• Strong communication, organization, and team-support skills

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight throughout the assigned shift.
• Support nurses and direct-care team members in delivering safe, individualized care.

Pediatric Specialty Care at Point Pleasant is seeking a part‑time Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide shift leadership and support the delivery of high‑quality care to medically fragile and technology‑dependent infants, children, and young adults.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is prepared for pediatric clinical complexity and enjoys guiding a nursing team. You’ll help nurses and direct‑care staff respond confidently to residents’ changing needs while promoting strong communication, clinical standards, and consistency across the shift.

Part‑Time Day and Night Opportunities

Choose the shift that best fits your availability:

• Day shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
• Night shift: 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
• One 12‑hour shift per week
• Every‑other‑weekend requirement
• Four‑week rotating schedule
• Additional shift differential for eligible night‑shift hours
