Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience.
- At least one year of nursing leadership experience.
- Pediatric nursing experience required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide shift leadership and clinical oversight across assigned units.
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and nursing support staff.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor care delivery and team performance.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards.
