Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking an experienced nursing leader to support Women’s & Children’s services across Pediatric and NICU units. You will advise nursing staff, manage clinical emergencies, coordinate patient flow, and collaborate with hospital leadership during significant events to ensure safe, compassionate care.

This role requires RN licensure, BLS, PALS, NRP, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 2+ years of leadership plus 2+ years staff nurse experience.
