Job summary

Pediatrust is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead daily clinical operations across our pediatric care teams in Louisiana. The DON will supervise nursing and direct patient care staff to ensure adherence to the plan of care and regulatory standards.

The role requires active RN licensure in Louisiana, CPR/BLS/PALS certifications, and a minimum of two years in pediatric nursing, including care for medically fragile children. In-person, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in Louisiana.
• CPR, BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of two years pediatric nursing experience, including care for medically fragile/technology-dependent children.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and directing patient care.
• In-person work location in Baton Rouge, LA.
