Job summary

Pediatrica in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient pediatric team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a physician-led environment that values collaboration and family engagement.

The role requires at least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience, a Texas ARNP license, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification. Daytime hours, a supportive multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for professional growth are offered

Qualifications

• Active Texas ARNP license or ability to obtain.
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• At least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience.
• Outpatient pediatric clinic experience.
• Strong EHR and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric evaluations, including medical history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and treatment plans.
• Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
