SSM Health's Freeport Pediatric Clinic is seeking an experienced Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP/PNP) to join a team of five providers. You will see your own patients in a multispecialty outpatient setting with modern offices and onsite imaging and labs.

The role offers a daytime schedule Monday–Friday, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. A competitive, experience-based salary plus incentive pay and a robust benefits package begin within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited NP program with family or pediatric certification.
• Current IL APRN licensure to practice in Illinois.
• 3+ years of pediatric office experience.
