SSM Health's Freeport Pediatric Clinic is seeking an experienced FNP or PNP to join a team of five Family Medicine providers. This outpatient multispecialty setting emphasizes patient-centered care and high-quality outcomes in a refreshed facility with on-site imaging and labs.

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • Family or Pediatric certifications required
• Current APRN licensure in IL
• 3+ years' experience as a practicing provider in a pediatric office
