SSM Health Pediatric Clinic in Freeport, IL is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a team of 5 Family Medicine providers. The position offers daytime hours, a 4-day work week option, and a comprehensive benefits package.
