Job summary

SSM Health's Freeport Pediatric Clinic in Freeport, IL is seeking an experienced FNP or PNP to join our team of five Family Medicine providers. You will see your own patients in a multispecialty outpatient setting with imaging and labs onsite.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and options for a 4-day work week. Competitive salary with incentive program and robust benefits start within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited NP program.
• Family or Pediatric NP certification required.
• Current APRN licensure in IL.
