SSM Health is seeking an experienced FNP or PNP for our Freeport, IL Pediatric Clinic. Join a team of 5 Family Medicine providers in a multispecialty outpatient setting with on-site imaging and labs. The schedule is Monday–Friday daytime with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a 4-day work week option may be available.

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • Family or Pediatric certifications required
