Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infants, children, and adolescents; take history and perform exams.
• Develop assessment, plan, and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Administer or prescribe treatments and medications.
• Monitor progress and follow up on treatment plans.
• Document evaluations and care plans accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health topics.
• Collaborate with in-house health professionals for coordinated care.
