Job summary

Mountain Park Health Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to join our established, accredited team caring for infants through adolescents in a family-friendly environment. The role includes sick and well-child visits.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, perform histories and exams, develop treatment plans, and educate families while ensuring high-quality, accessible pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Pediatric NP license in Arizona.
• Current Arizona RN license is required.
• Active Arizona NP certification and CPR certification required.
• Experience in pediatric clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care with histories, exams, and treatment plans.
• Prescribes or administers treatments and medications.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans.
• Documents evaluations and plans in medical records.
• Educates patients and families on health topics.
• Collaborates with in-house providers for coordinated care.
• Maintains regular attendance and performs other duties as assigned.
