Mountain Park Health Center seeks Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to join our established team providing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a family-friendly environment. We handle both sick and well-child visits with a collaborative, supportive staff.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, patient education, and coordination with in-house specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Arizona NP and RN licensure, CPR certification, and NP credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Approved Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner education program.
• Valid Arizona RN License.
• Valid Arizona Nurse Practitioner certificate.
• Valid CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history, performs physical examinations, and develops assessment and plan.
• Orders and interprets labs and imaging as needed; refers to specialty care when appropriate.
• Administers or prescribes treatments and medications.
• Monitors patient progress and follows up throughout treatment.
• Documents evaluation and plan of care.
• Provides patient education on health topics.
• Collaborates with in-house allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
