Kennebec Pediatrics, a thriving practice within MaineGeneral Medical Center, seeks a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our collegial team in outpatient care for patients from infancy to young adulthood. Schedule includes 32 clinical hours plus 8 administrative hours, with no inpatient coverage and no evening clinics.

Call is 1 in 8 weekends, with after-hours on-call from 4:50 pm–7:45 am on weekdays and 2:00 pm–9:00 am on weekends.

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatric NP with substantial experience.
• Outpatient setting experience with pediatrics.
• Willingness to fill in as pediatric hospitalist if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care from infancy to young adulthood.
• No inpatient pediatric, ED, or newborn nursery coverage.
• No evening clinic hours; 1 in 8 weekends call rotation.
• After-hours on-call 4:50 pm–7:45 am on weekdays; weekends 2:00 pm–9:00 am.
