Job summary

Shore Regional Health, part of the University of Maryland Medical System, seeks a Board-Certified Pediatric or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our Cambridge, Maryland pediatric practice. This outpatient-only role emphasizes building relationships with families in a welcoming community.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with EPIC EMR support, and benefit from a strong referral network and opportunities for community engagement and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Pediatrics or Family Medicine is required.
• MSN/NP program completion from an accredited program is required.
• Current state NP licensure is required; RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification currently active or obtained prior to patient care.
• DEA and CDS eligibility is preferred.
• Experience preferred but new grads will be considered.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient responsibilities with no inpatient or hospital call.
• Provide pediatric care to a family medicine patient population.
• Maintain strong referral networks through UMMS.
• Execute care with EPIC EMR to support seamless patient care.
• Support community engagement and practice growth.

• Board Certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine
• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• Preferred experienced providers but open to considering new graduates
• Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required.
• Experience preferred, not required.
• DEA and CDS eligible.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $51.11-$74.74 (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider).
