University of Maryland Shore Regional Health in Easton, Maryland is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no call requirements. The position emphasizes outpatient, office-based care with WHNP preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are welcome.

The role includes performing well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and addressing gynecologic concerns in a supportive, team-oriented clinic with Epic EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nurse Practitioner program completed.
• WHNP certification preferred; FNPs with relevant experience encouraged.
• Experience in women’s health or primary care preferred.
• New graduates with a strong passion for women’s health will be considered.
• Current state NP license required.
• Current RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required or obtained prior to care.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual well-woman exams and routine screenings.
• Provide contraceptive counseling and care.
• Address gynecologic concerns.
• Provide patient education and preventive care.
• Maintain documentation in Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required
• Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in women’s health or primary care is preferred
• New graduates with a strong passion for women's health and patient advocacy will be considered
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required
• Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required
• Experience preferred, not required
• DEA and CDS eligible
• Preferred experience in midwifery

Compensation

• Pay Range: $113,193 - $169,811 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider)
• Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours
