The position requires a nursing leadership background, a WA RN license, and substantial supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years; RN with 15+ years may be considered in lieu of education.
Advanced nursing degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
Current Registered Nurse license in Washington or MLS endorsement.
Five years of clinical nursing experience; three years in supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices.
Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources.
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve care outcomes and strategic plans.
Coordinate overall operations of assigned units and provision of resources.
Facilitate cost-efficient and high-quality patient care delivery.
