Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or completed within five years of hire; 15+ years’ service for internal candidates may satisfy the requirement
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement
• Current BLS Certification required
• Two years as Staff RN in a clinic setting preferred
• Experience in the position or specialty and/or completed training as appropriate
• Current Washington state driver’s license and a safe driving record as per MultiCare standards

Responsabilités

• Mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs
• Act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care
• Apply specialized knowledge to administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice
• Use critical thinking and independent decision-making regarding patient care and data analysis
• Collaborate with patients, families, health care providers, payors, and management
• Commit to safe, reliable, and effective health care excellence
