We are currently seeking a compassionate LPN or RN in Columbia and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per plan of care
• Monitor and document patient status, and share updates with physicians and families
• Educate families on proper care and treatments to ensure continuity
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN License in the state of practice
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not required
