Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for private duty home health across Minnesota. You will deliver compassionate in-home nursing care, document care per home health protocols, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
