Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate homecare across the Lawrence area. You’ll work with diverse patients in their homes, delivering skilled nursing services and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.

Our team offers flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN—with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Local 24/7 support, tablet-based documentation, and opportunities for training and growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state you will practice.
• Current CPR certification; Aveanna can assist in obtaining if needed.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
