Job summary

You will perform patient assessments and contribute to staff education and competency evaluations, including 90-day and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN and Ohio license (MSL) within 90 days if needed.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments as required.
