Allegro Pediatrics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Nurse Educator to design and lead training programs for nurses and clinical staff.

You will mentor teams, deliver ongoing education, and ensure patient care aligns with current protocols while travel to clinic locations is required.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license.
• Current AHA BLS certification (PALS, PEARS, or ACLS accepted).
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Use critical thinking in patient care and apply relevant standards and resources.
• Independently triage patients by phone, portal, and protocols.
• Provide patient care within scope of practice, including med administration and lab procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines; perform phlebotomy and other lab processes.
• Lead onboarding experiences for new staff and provide ongoing education and retraining.
• Teach Basic Life Support (BLS) to staff and mentor clinical team members.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials reflecting current policies and system updates.
• Provide EHR training and ongoing support for staff and providers.
• Travel to clinic locations to provide hands-on training and support.
