The Pediatric Neurology NP/PA will practice within a comprehensive outpatient clinic providing evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management for children with neurological conditions. Advanced imaging, electroencephalography, epilepsy monitoring, and coordinated specialty resources support individualized patient care. The organization is home to an NAEC Level 4 Epilepsy Center, representing the highest level of specialized epilepsy care. This distinguished center provides advanced diagnostic monitoring, medical management, neuropsychological services, and surgical evaluation for children with complex or treatment-resistant epilepsy. The program maintains a welcoming, child-focused environment designed to reduce stress and support patients and families.
The Advanced Practice Provider Neurology will report to experienced clinical and medical leadership while collaborating closely with pediatric neurologists and epilepsy specialists. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, follow-up care, family education, clinical documentation, and continuity-of-care coordination. Candidates must have pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant experience, while previous neurology experience is a plus but not required. Friendly nurses, physicians, neurodiagnostic professionals, rehabilitation specialists, and case managers provide dependable interdisciplinary support and specialty mentorship. The NP/PA will also promote quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice across the neurology service line.
