Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• 4 years of experience in a clinical specialty.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; BSN or BS/BA in a healthcare-related field.
• Ability to set goals and drive improvement; promote teamwork; exceed customer expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels.
• Intermediate computer, spreadsheet, & database skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and clinical leaders to meet CHOC's mission and patient needs.
• Drive development and implementation of new ideas and technology in care delivery.
