Job summary

CHOC Children’s in Orange, California is actively recruiting experienced pediatric registered nurses for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions across Medical, Surgical Post-Op, Neuroscience, Multispecialty Unit and Float Pool.

Night shifts are available. Ideal candidates have 1 year of pediatric nursing experience, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing to be obtained within 2 years of hire, and a CA RN license with BLS/PALS certifications.]

Qualifications

• 1 year nursing experience in the defined pediatric specialty.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school to be obtained within 2 years of hire date.
• Current license/certifications are required prior to date of hire: CA RN License, BLS, PALS

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric nursing care across Medical, Surgical Post-Op, Neuroscience, Multispecialty Unit and Float Pool.
• Maintain current CA RN license and required certifications (BLS, PALS).
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care across assigned units.
