Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Evansville, IN, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support our Neurodevelopmental Clinic and outpatient therapy team. You will evaluate and treat pediatric clients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary group to deliver evidence-based care and family-centered recommendations.

The role combines direct clinical work with diagnostic collaboration, offering growth in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Interest in working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and complex communication needs.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to families and other professionals.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized speech-language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary evaluations in the Neurodevelopmental Clinic.
• Develop meaningful recommendations for children and families.
• Coordinate speech-language services within the Neurodevelopmental Clinic.
• Select and administer appropriate standardized assessments.
• Communicate findings and progress to families and professionals.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Build supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure high-quality care.
