Job summary

Easterseals Florida, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate, treat, and document progress for pediatric clients, collaborating with families and school staff to support ongoing development and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Florida SLP License.
• NPI and Medicaid provider numbers.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic technology.
• Valid driver's license for program-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems.
• Set measurable goals and track progress based on each child's Plan of Care.
• Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, early intervention programs, and care teams.
• Provide education, guidance, and support to ensure success beyond therapy sessions.
